The lease agreement further reveals key financial details, including the payment of Rs 50,010 in registration fees and a stamp duty payment of Rs 3.83 lakh. Mynd Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd, the lessee in this transaction, is a well-established firm headquartered in Delhi. Interestingly, Vikas Kohli, Virat Kohli’s brother, played a pivotal role in the deal, serving as the registered General Power of Attorney (GPA) holder for this transaction.
While the official stamp-duty registration was completed on June 22, 2023, details of the deal were only made public in March 2024. At the time of reporting, neither Mynd Integrated Solutions nor Virat Kohli has issued any official statement regarding the agreement.
Terms and Conditions of the Gurugram Lease Agreement
As per the registered documents, the lease carries a security deposit of Rs 57.19 lakh, and the initial monthly rent per square foot is set at Rs 48. The agreement also includes 37 dedicated parking spaces, ensuring adequate facilities for employees and visitors.
The lease is structured for nine years, having commenced on March 28, 2023, with rental payments starting from July 1, 2023. Additionally, the terms specify an annual rent escalation of 5%, alongside a monthly common area maintenance fee of Rs 14 per square foot.
